CARPET
& UNPHOLSTERY CLEANING
We use the
# 1 rated Butler Truck Mount Hot Water Extraction System. This
is a self-contained unit which is operated through the engine
of the van, which accounts for its power and ability to heat the
water up to 220 degrees. When combined with quality, safe commercial
chemicals and experienced, conscientious operators, you can be
confident that you are getting the best possible cleaning of your
carpets. We also use our portable units in larger multi-story
buildings.
STAINS
Quotes include
pre-treatment of some stains, but because we have no way of knowing
if the stain was treated previously or how it may have been treated,
we are not able to guarantee its removal. We have chemicals available
for treatment of red or brown stains, ink, rust, grease, mildew,
pet urine, odors and many other problem stains. We also have special
chemicals for removal of gum, other sticky residue, and tar. There
may be extra charges for particular stains, depending on the severity
of the stain or the time involvement to remove it. We will give
you a quote for stain removal before we clean your carpets if
you make us aware of them when you call to schedule your carpet
cleaning. We also are willing to treat stains in between carpet
cleanings if necessary.
UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
We can clean most furniture if it is safe to clean it with water. We do not do "Dry Clean Only" furniture.
AREA RUGS OR THROW RUGS
We can usually do these at your location, but sometimes they have to be brought in to our warehouse. We do not clean Oriental Rugs.
FIBER
PROTECTION (3M Scotchgard)
We encourage
you to consider an application of a Fiber Protector for your carpets
and upholstery. This application helps to repel future stains
and makes spills and spots easier for you to clean up yourself
in between carpet cleanings.
BONNET
CLEANING
This is a
method of carpet cleaning often used on high traffic areas in
the interim between extractions. This is not a deep cleaning method
of cleaning carpets, but is recommended when a quicker drying
time is necessary and when more frequent carpet cleanings are
necessary.
PILE
LIFTING
This procedure
is recommended before hot water extraction carpet cleaning in
high-traffic areas that get more soiled and where the carpet tends
to be matted down. This is accomplished with a special piece of
equipment which breaks up and removes deeply embedded soil and
helps remove traffic pattern areas. This procedure can help prolong
the life of your carpets.
DRYING
TIME
Generally,
most carpets are dry within 12-15 hours, but moist, humid weather
conditions can alter the drying time, as well as soil level and type of carpet.
Also the application of a 3M Scotchgard will also increase drying
time. We suggest using your air conditioner or fans to help reduce
drying time. It is best to avoid walking on carpets until they
are dry.
FABRIC
OFFICE PANELS
For this
type of fabric cleaning, we utilize our CFR Machines. The CFR
machine is endorsed by many of the major furniture manufactures
to safely and effectively clean their office panels. Price per
panel varies according to size and number of panels to be cleaned.
CAM
(Carpet Appearance Management) Programs
We have various
carpet maintenance programs available which are tailored to the
specific needs of each client or facility. These programs can
include restorative carpet cleaning procedures, bonnet cleaning,
pile lifting, carpet protections and the application of vacuum
enhancement chemicals. As new technology and chemicals are introduced,
we strive to improve our carpet cleaning services to our clients.
DISCOUNTS
Residential
carpet cleaning is priced by rooms or areas and discounts are
available by way of coupons or promotional advertising material.
Commercial carpet cleaning is priced by the square foot –
better rates are given for larger areas to
be cleaned. Rates are also discounted for CAM Programs or other
multiple cleanings per year, such as apartment/property managers
who require cleanings as tenants move out. We also have special
rates for churches and parochial schools.
